PR654 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing a bet on PR654, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and PR654.

Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms will be treated as your acceptance of the revised version. We encourage you to check this page regularly so you're always up to date. We may also send you notifications via email or SMS when significant changes take effect.

If you are using PR654 on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. However, account sharing is strictly prohibited — each registered account must correspond to one individual user.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and play on PR654, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older as required by Philippine gaming law.
• You must be a resident or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and while placing bets.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All monetary transactions on PR654 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following local payment methods:

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• Bank Transfers: InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit)

Deposits are typically credited instantly. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — e-wallet withdrawals are usually completed within 24 hours, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. PR654 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name. PR654 reserves the right to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawals, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account tier and verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification enjoy higher daily and monthly limits.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x). This means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before withdrawing any winnings derived from that bonus.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account balance.
• Game Contributions: Different games may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus per account. Claiming a new promotion before fulfilling the previous one may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or table games
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or navigate the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any winnings from known glitches will be voided
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Any form of money laundering or use of PR654 for illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse or charge back completed deposits through your bank or payment provider

PR654 uses advanced fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify suspicious activity. Decisions regarding account suspension and fund forfeiture are made in accordance with these Terms and applicable Philippine law. 10. Amendments to Terms

PR654 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before changes take effect — except in cases where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Any disputes arising from your use of PR654 that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
